General Manager
Duties:
Scheduling, training, and supervising staff, dealing with employee issues.
Keeping sanitation, temperature, and maintenance logs per Department of Health specifications.
Keeping the establishment safe, clean, and well-stocked.
Working closely with kitchen manager and owners to maintain the establishments vision.
Maintaining excellent customer relations.
Serving, bartending, kitchen duty.
Taking deliveries.
Maintaining records.
Marketing and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2 years food service management
ServSafe certification
Mature, sincere, compassionate, hardworking, excellent communicator.
Must have a passion for literature, the arts, and knowledge.
TAM certification preferred
Details:
$13 per hour, plus occasional tips
30 to 35 hours per week
Possible option for healthcare
Annual bonus: 2% to 5% of annual profit, if any, based on performance review
$200 tuition credit per year after 1 year
1 week paid vacation after 1 year
