Boutique, quality-focused dental office seeking fantastic, experienced office manager.

But first, let me tell you a little about our practice. We are a relatively new practice, located in central Montgomery County, MD. Our office offers a variety of dental services, from cleanings to implant placement and complex restorative dentistry. We are passionate about what we do here. And a lot of what we do is focus on the patient experience in our dental office. Our mission is to help or patients achieve and maintain health. By focusing on good communication, building on positive experiences and creating an environment where patients can be comfortable we achieve this goal.ÂÂ

We are seeking an office manager, to serve as an executive in our organization, and to direct the office towards achieving our goals. We want a confident, results-oriented people-person. Management skills are a must. We have a front office staff of 3-4 and a clinical staff of 5 currently. You must be experienced with the financial aspects of healthcare, including dental insurance. Sales skills are also necessary. We are nearly 100% digital in the office, so you must be comfortable with computers and software.

Duties would include staff management, financial coordination, overseeing scheduling, marketing and AR management, treatment coordination, communication with patients and other dental offices. We have weekly and monthly goals meetings. We have a daily staff meeting as well. The Office manager would be running these meetings. The office manager would be intimately involved with hiring and firing decisions as well.ÂÂ

Pay is negotiable and often will be a base salary with a bonus structure in place. The bonus would depend on achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
