Independent Can Company is looking for 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Managers in the Belcamp, MD area.
Production managers are relied on to understand the production schedule, manage workers, communicate with the maintenance team, address issues from the previous shift, and ensure that people are working safely and efficiently.

What you will bring to the position:
3-5+ years experience as a Production Manager, Bachelors degree preferred.
Demonstrated conflict resolution and team building skills
Assessing scheduling and resource requirements in an effort to satisfy business requirements
Trouble shooting reliability issues on shift and utilizing appropriate resources to rectify problem
Experience successfully managing an off-shift
Experience implementing and executing efficiency improvements.
Experience with ERP system such as CSI Factory Track
