Seeking a well rounded chef/kitchen manager for a high volume restaurant in Ocean City. This is a working chef position! This position is also year round.
Requirements-
-two years management experience.
-five years working in the restaurant industry.
-serve safe certified (we have classes available)
-be able work six days a week in the summer season, and four during off-season.
-general knowledge of ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
-be able to teach.
-maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
-follow recipes and directions.
-must be a reliable, hard-working leader.
