Vantage Vacation Rentals is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the Vantage mission by establishing a high standard of customer service for all guests while creating a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Process guests check-ins/check-outs and prepare check-in packages
Maintain an organized work area, ensuring the lobby and front desk are cleaned daily
Responsible for accuracy of Vantage’s Client Management Database, Barefoot
Ensure all Guest Lodging Agreements are returned within 5 days, including contacting clients with outstanding agreements
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in hospitality and/or customer service
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associate Degree, preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus
Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
Weekend availability required
