Ocean Tower Construction LLC is seeking experienced project managers to oversee and manage multiple job sites in various phases of construction, in Ocean City and surroundings. Must have experience in one or more of the following residential and commercial trades:
- carpentry/framing,Âadditions, porch, garages, decks, Duradek waterproofing membrane, siding, roofingÂetc
Ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in project management and 10 years construction background. Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Commercial construction experience is a plus. Must have strong leadership/project management skills. Must be able to read drawings, be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, cost control, possess excellent communication and organizational skills in all divisions of work.
