Senior Biometrics Exploitation Examiner

Job DescriptionCACI is looking for an experienced, Biometrics Exploitation Examiner based out of Bethesda, MD. To succeed in this role, you must be confident in your abilities to perform confidently and independently; to include:

Conduct identity exploitation of media devices, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and preparing identity data (primarily face images) for the purposes of identity construction and digital identity resolution exploitation.

Perform biometric operations including facial recognition (1:N) and facial identification (1:1).

Conduct analytical production on modalities to include, but not limited to, facial recognition features and behaviors for the purposes of identifying persons and networks.

Fuse identity attributes including biographical, biological, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and asses threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.

Perform biometric examination services and produce reporting in accordance with the agency guidance.

Conduct thorough identity exploitation of media devices and routinely interact with interagency partners on exploitation findings.

Participate in status meetings and coordinate efforts with the other teams within the center.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and training in image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identification.

Have a minimum of 12 years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the past 2 years. At least 5 years of total experience must be in Biometric Examination Services.

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with additional 5 years of related experience at the senior level or 6 years with experience in law enforcement biometric examination services.

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Experience demonstrating a thorough knowledge of tools / systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and I2 tradecraft, to include biometric and biographic persona development

Have experience and knowledge of the mission, to include extensive knowledge and experience in forensic identity intelligence

Have a minimum of three years working within the Intelligence community

Experience demonstrating the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Experience demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills including conveying clear, concise, and informative briefings to all levels of management.

Experience demonstrating strong organization and time management skills.

Experience working in a high operational tempo and in crises

Experience demonstrating a working understanding of how Identity Intelligence enables the Intelligence Community

Experienced and trained with a foundation of critical thinking, analytical tradecraft, or a joint perspective on the intelligence enterprise

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and expertise in photography concepts, basic image science to include multi-media file specifications/formats/processing

Experience demonstrating an understanding of computer forensics principles, file systems, and forensic tools
