Our next team member will be motivated to help solve challenging business complexities and streamline processes under day-to-day direction of the TASS Operations Lead.The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting with our TASS operational budget, processing vendor invoices in the P2P system, managing P-card expenses, providing support for Candidate Expense Reimbursement Form (CERF) exception requests, as well as establishing work flows to make payment processes more efficient.Additional responsibilities include project and event management support, WSI communications support, assisting with TASS organizational social media presence, and other general duties/special projects as assigned.Basic Qualifications: Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Comfort interacting with leadership at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize tasks; manage projects with multiple stakeholders. Must possess strong analytical skills and be able to work under tight time constraints. Strong communication skills, both oral and written are required. Must be able to work independently, with an ability to interact and build consensus among people. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and LM Travel/ConcurDesired Skills: Demonstrated sustained high performance. Earned Value (EV) and Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.
