Maintenance Specialist

Compass, Inc. is a non-profit human services organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We operate 32 residential group homes located primarily in Montgomery and PG Counties. We are seeking a highly skilled, self-starter with prior experience in providing building maintenance for the position Maintenance Specialist. This position’s primary role is to perform a wide variety of hands-on general building maintenance and repair functions related to maintaining and repairing the physical structure of Compass’ group homes, and in maintaining buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly condition. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
