- Serve as a senior developer for systems planning and development projects that require enterprise support, the testing of new technologies and development of procedures and guidelines in systems design and development area of responsibility and expertise.
- Perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front-end, back-end, and database development using modern coding technologies
- Work closely with requirement and testing teams to develop and enhance application capabilities
- Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, WebSphere Liberty; MongoDB, Oracle/DB2/PostgreSQL and SQL Server; and JSON
- Experience with databases such as Oracle/DB2/PostgreSQL/NoSQL
- Strongly typed object oriented programming language
- Experience in the dynamic scripting language such as JavaScript
- Experience with "Micro Services Architecture" technology
- Familiarity with character encoding technology. For example: Ebcdic to UTF8
- Familiarity with networking / common protocols such as HTTP/FTP
- Experience in developing enterprise Java applications for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services Description Language (WSDL), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST), or Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Providing comprehensive advisory services: identifying and communicating potential impacts of proposed system changes and making solution recommendations to management
- Preparing reports, briefings, status of workloads and assignments for management officials
- Must possess outstanding communications, writing, and grammar skills
