1626 Thames Street, Baltimore MD, 21231 Maryland. Operating as a Saloon since the late 1700's, we strive to retain the authenticity in both ambiance & genuine hospitality of Classic Saloons & Taverns of days past (Cue Cheers soundtrack). Our cocktail program is Jack Daniel's centric featuring house made whiskey infusions plus an almost five-hundred member Jack Daniel's bottle club. Through decades of hard work we have positioned ourselves as the premiere destination for live music and nightlife in Baltimore. We want YOU to help us continue to elevate our operation by providing first class, and memorable service for every single guest.
Looking for: Part time, primarily weekend, security personnel.
Required + Essential Skills:
Exceedingly charming and personable. The ability to engage conversation with guests that cover a multitude of demographic backgrounds.
Grit + The desire to make money (lots & lots of money)
Dexterity + Physical strength + Endurance to work on feet for eight+ hours (lift\bend\carry up to 50 to 100lbs)
Fanatical attention to area cleanliness\ detail \ service \ organization
Pride in personal appearance (well kept & groomed)
Ability to thrive in a high volume atmosphere while keeping a cool head and the ability to defuse difficult situations peacefully and professionally.
The ability to smile when your day isn't picturesque and complete your work at the highest level possible while leaving personal and private affairs, personal & private.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety of patrons inside of our establishment
Work well as a team member
Treat our establishment as it were your house, and how you would expect people to act inside your home.
Maintain professionalism in difficult situations
Maintain a positive and contagious energy and create unforgettable guest experiences
Work Hard - Smile - Be Proactive
Help with end of night cleaning responsibilities
Qualifications:
21 years of Age or Older
High School GED
Available to work Nights - Weekends - Holidays
Handle High Volume Business
