Maximo Implementation Senior Consultant

Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant within our Real Estate & Location Strategy team, you will:

Provide technical services over the entire lifecycle of a project
Conduct Maximo installations and upgrades
Participate in solution architecture design
Perform application and solution development to meet project requirements
Develop and document detailed technical designs to meet business requirements
Manage multiple technical environments and support the development and testing processes
Lead or assist in data conversion and migration efforts
Identify areas of customization and optimization and provide solutions that meet the business requirements
Conduct system testing as necessary
Assist users as necessary in support of go-live activities
Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Provide financial analysis/Budget formulation to large data sets
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provides coaching to junior staff
Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
Manages own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

The team Finance & Enterprise Performance Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Qualifications Required:

IBM Certified Functional Deployment Professional and/or IBM Certified Advanced Deployment
At least 8-10 yrs of Maximo experience
Min 1-2 full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution
Experience in Maximo application modules that includes work and asset management. rs)
Hands on experience Maximo Administration Modules
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role
Travel up to 25% or more (While 25% or more travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred:

Experience in Maximo transportation industry add-on, Maximo Spatial and Maximo Mobile apps (Interloc, EasyMax Mobile, Anywhere or others)
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Experience in automation scripts using python/jython, BIRT ReportingCDFM or CGFM certification
