Air Time Wireless, an AT&T Retailer, is growing and we are looking for Retail Sales Consultants and Store Managers to join our team in Baltimore. We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who have excellent communication skills, an aggressive attitude toward sales and embrace a customer first mentality to become part of our team! Sales experience is preferred and wireless experience is a plus but this is also a great opportunity to learn a new industry and grow with Air Time! Primary Responsibilities Include:
Meet or exceed sales and company goals
Assist customers in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner.
Adhere to dress code and have a professional appearance at all times.
Maintain a positive "can do" attitude.
Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, wireless experience a plus
High School diploma, must be at least 18.
Customer Service experience preferred
Team oriented with the ability to work in a learning environment.
Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
Interest in technology and home entertainment
