We are looking for a full-time experienced Settlement Processor for our growing company. This position is responsible for the following tasks:
Review contracts to ensure that all applicable terms are reflected on CD
Confirm receipt of title abstract, survey and lien certificate – follow up when necessary
Confirm title premiums
Prepare preliminary CD and forward to Agents, Lender/Broker
Contact lender for loan package, process loan package and balance file
Prepare final CD, forward for approval as appropriate
Complete wire funding confirmation form, ensure approval of CD, obtain funding number, and confirm receipt of lenders funds
Additional post-closing duties to include returning lender docs, preparing & following up on recording packets
Generation of final title polices
Qualia experience preferred
Ability to meet deadlines while managing time in a constantly changing environment
