Dominion Management manages 750 row houses in Baltimore City. We are looking for an experienced candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our property management division.
Our company is is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in residential property management. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in single family homes in Baltimore. We are seeking a highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
Implement preventative maintenance measures
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Complete work in a timely manner
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow protocol
Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma/GED required
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including hand tools
Customer skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Able to work well independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
Must have a minimum of 3 years in maintenance/repair
Required Licenses or Experience
3-5 years experience
