We employ over 200 people and service customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions including: PA, FL, MD, NJ, DE, GA, Washington D.C., VA, WV, NC, SC, & TN.

Currently we are looking for a Project Coordinator in our Sparks, MD Corporate Office.

Job Requirements:

Oversee the production of high quality, professional proposals, presentations and marketing materials.

Maintain pricing updates.

Develop and maintain control practices for orders, shipments and installations of equipment.

Assist the Installation Services Group with the coordination for installation of banking and security equipment.

Process sales orders by submitting order to appropriate manufacturer, entering orders into WBS database, tracking orders and return authorizations, and requesting Price Deviation Authorizations (PDAs) when necessary.

Handle customer correspondence.

Ensure customer satisfaction by investigating customer issues, problem solving and bring to resolution in a timely manner.

Interact with vendors to insure timely and accurate order processing as well as dissemination of information to WBS sales staff.

Process receiving, purchase orders and invoicing for equipment related orders.

Maintain positive relations at all levels throughout the organization.

Other duties as assigned and assist with the receptionist back-up duties for the switchboard.

Requirements

Education: H.S. Diploma required, with college degree preferred.

Administrative Skills

Strong Computer Skills (proficient in Microsoft office)

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written

Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast Paced Environment

Team leadership skills

Project management experience

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
