Details for Senior Recruiter:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Starting Pay Rate: Competitive
6 month contract opportunity
Job Responsibilities & Description for Senior Recruiter:
Complete full-cycle recruiting; phone screening, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.
Handle all recruiting for the client's contact center; 25% of time is recruiting for the nursing aides
Focus on finding long term fits for the positions
Communicate and follow-up with candidates during process
Work in Excel, documenting activity
Job Requirements for Senior Recruiter:
3-5 years recruiting in fast paced, heavy volume environment
Advanced Excel skills
Must have great time management
