The Bluebird Cocktail Room & Pub seeks a bartender and barback.
BARTENDERS must have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer is essential. Experience in delivering a high quality product in a high volume environment is a must.
BARBACKS must have a minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience. Basic job duties include running food and drinks, bussing tables, and assisting bartenders. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and food not required, though we do expect all of our barbacks to learn about our offerings in order to maintain a high level of service. Training will be provided. Must be of legal drinking age to apply.
