ROUGE FINE CATERING, a leading upscale Mid-Atlantic catering company located in Hunt valley, MD is seeking a Director of Sales.
Responsibilities will include every aspect of managing our sales and execution team.
Leadership and professional development of a team of catering event managers daily coaching, mentoring,
and capable of hands-on training.
Setting, working towards, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team goals.
Will work directly with the owner in charge of sales and marketing and have active participation in company
strategy and decision-making regarding overall company initiatives, hiring, and business decisions.
The ideal candidate has held a similar senior executive sales management position in a large organization,
managing a similar sized sales group. Knowledge of the food industry, wedding industry and the event world is
needed. Ability to manage and develop a sophisticated sales group is the primary focus of this position
The salary will be above industry standards for a qualified and ambitious person. Benefits package includes fully
