Fat Tiger- American Bar classics
The two concepts share a kitchen. Organization and cleanliness are essential traits for our cooks. Our kitchen is a small space and working efficiently is necessary for success. Cooks should have at least 2 years line cooking experience. Knowledge of Korean food is encouraged.
