Project Leadership:

Directs the work of project team, including other project managers

Functions as escalation to project teams to resolve issues

Reports project status to Senior Leadership in weekly meetings

Develops cost plans and project estimates for Demands in pipeline

May assign projects to project managers

Managing Projects:

Plans projects, including requirements, cost, schedule, and deliverables to meet business need.

Identifies project milestones and required tasks.

Manages project risk, issues and budget.

Tracks project performance.

Informs the appropriate stakeholders of project status and issues

Interfaces with vendor(s) for programs under direct control
