Work you'll do As a Manager within our Real Estate & Location Strategy team, you will:- Responsible for providing consulting services to the various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team
- Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements gaps
- Lead the functional design process for the product implementation
- Collaborates with Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure the deliverables and schedules are achieved
- Liaise/lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test
- Create training documents and deliver training
- Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
- Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships
- Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
- Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and Federal practice
- Manage resources and budget on client projects.
- Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
- Manages day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team
- Displays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
- Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
- Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process
- 10-12 years' experience with Maximo
- IBM Certified Functional Deployment Professional certification in Maximo 7.6.x
- Domain experience in Equipment, Fleet Maintenance in any of the transportation industry
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
- 3-4 full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution
- Travel up to 25% or more (While 25% or more travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience
