Description of Work:
- Perform as a IT service desk side IT support supporting customer employees for the Office of Information Security (OIS)
- Work onsite with the customer s technical teams, customer employees, onsite contractors and customer leadership to build relationships
- Perform all service IT requests for onsite customers
- Rapidly gain an understanding of the customer s IT service processes, policies, and procedures for supporting customer IT requirements.
- Bachelor s degree with related experience or Master s degree with related experience. An additional 4 years of applied work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Solid understanding and ability to perform desk side IT services and customer support
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in interact with the internal Agency customers and provide troubleshooting, laptop support, laptop imaging, printer support, SharePoint support
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Site LAN coordinator support as needed to provide systems administration support, including on-call/weekend pager support
- Certifications: A+, Network+, or Sec+
- Must be or US Permanent Resident ( holder)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
- Personable disposition, can work with any customer with a variety and wide range of customer understanding of technology.
- Reliable, dependable, and can work multiple actions for supporting customer IT needs
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Certifications: CISSP, CCNA
- Access Management Experience
- Organizational skills, understanding of ticketing systems
