We are an architecture firm located in Philadelphia. We have a local client that is expanding into Baltimore with residential projects for development (single family and multi-family). The bulk of the work is rehabbing existing shells with some additions and expansions, project pending.
We are looking for a structural engineer to partner with on these projects. Services would include structural engineering, site inspections, special inspections if required, and permitting assistance. Additionally we would need assistance in signing the architectural drawings until our licenses have been approved for Maryland.
Our client typically pays ala carte for the various services rendered on a project.
