Herndon Virginia EA firm is seeking Electrical Engineers with BSEE for ongoing design work.
Our company specializes in the design and construction of electrical power systems for telecommunications and government facilities. Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years design experience in AC power, lighting, standby power and UPS systems working in a team environment alongside mechanical engineers, structural engineers and architects. Experience in BMS and Fire Protection is a plus. Candidates will be supervised and trained by senior engineers and the Discipline Leader for Electrical Engineering. EIT and PE certifications preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
- Production of drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates.
- AutoCad and Revit drafting. Ability to use marked-up drawings from other engineers.
- Work closely with project managers, other engineers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally in a challenging atmosphere
- Authorized to work in the USA.
