College Graduates on Residential project management
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
5 years min experience project management on Residential Projects or production manager for Home improvements
Should be capable of building an efficient team
Should be savvy in customer relation services
Construction Project management certificate or degree.
Must be pro-active, self-motivated and accountable
Savvy in customer relations
Must have transportation, be honest and hard worker
Responsibilities
Supervising all jobs in progress from start to finish
Supervise the activities of the companys field workforce, which include oral and written communication as needed.
Recruiting and training sub-contractors.
Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the companys time, workforce, and materials on each project as included in project estimate sheet
Controlling the communications with the customer on job and service issues.
Managing customer service related issues and expenses for all products.
Should be savvy in customer relation services
Support the installation process by identifying, communicating and resolving contract issues with sales staff.
Ensure proper permits and licenses for all jobs have been obtained and are continually maintained.
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication
Planning and developing schedules required for the completion of project.
Analyze and manage project risk
Ensure timely or faster completion of every project
Resolve issues quick and be able to deliver 5 star rated and positive testimonials at the end of each project.
Be able to identify any issues on the production and make necessary changes
Be able to report to owner every Friday
Be able use our management program and estimating that We will teach.
Experience with kitchen remodeling, baths, basements, additions, Whole houses remodeling is a must.
