Cold Stone Creamery in Edgewater, MD is looking for an experienced Store Manager. Supported by Corporate Leadership team, you will be given the opportunity to train and supervise crewmembers; monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures; interact with our customers; and execute cost control systems. The responsibilities and qualifications described are for positions at Cold Stone in Edgewater, MD; an operated franchised Cold Stone restaurants.
This position requires:
High School diploma or GED (some college a plus)
Three or more years restaurant management experience
Two or more years working around ice cream products
Open / flexible work availability
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
