How youll make a difference:
In this role, youll be the champion for your Stores team and customers. Your primary focus will be growing a high performing team which will lead the way in crafting memorable customer experiences and increasing our market share and repeat business. Every day is an opportunity for you to help a Custom Ink Store visitor better engage their group or community through custom apparel and merchandise.
You are an energetic, driven, and caring individual who is dedicated to helping customers have a great experience with Custom Ink. Youre highly skilled at uncovering customers needs, providing strong design and merchandise suggestions, and problem solving to deliver on customer specifications.
As a Custom Ink Store Manager, youll help create excitement around Custom Ink in the surrounding community and for visitors to the store in order to increase brand awareness. Also, modeling ownership and a growth mindset for other Store Inkers will be paramount. You understand that Custom Ink is dedicated to delivering a WOW! customer experience and know that it starts with a genuine interaction and builds into a long-term relationship.
What youll do:
As a Store Manager, you will be on the front lines of winning and satisfying customers and strengthening our market position and brand identity through our store experience. .
Provide WOW! customer service, engaging and building relationships with customers
Act as a champion of the Customink brand
Drive sales, interest, and excitement around Custom Ink
Demonstrate knowledge about Custom Inks merchandise, printing process, and service options
Demonstrate competence in all store computer systems in order to help serve customers, as well as collect customer data and feedback
Maintain company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and displays
Drive towards achieving store sales goals and other KPIs and ensure the team is connected to these goals
Develop team members and continually share best practices
Ensure the correct team is in place, engaged. Cultivate high-performers and effectively identify & performance-manage low performers.
Recruit top talent and maintain appropriate staffing levels
How youll be measured:
You will be responsible for helping to shape Custom Inks in-store customer experience. Accordingly, the key measures of success will be based upon:
Converting potential leads into orders
Ensuring stellar customer service throughout our entire process
Meeting Store revenue goals
Driving our local outbound outreach program
Store Performance, Team Satisfaction & Retention (Sales / KPIs, Overall team engagement, and team satisfaction)
