Wholesale pastry kitchen specializing in breakfast pastries needs another 1 or 2 people to round out the nighttime baking team. Duties include: portioning muffins, scones, egg-washing croissant, and filling raw danish shapes - then baking and finishing the individual pastries. (toppings, glazes, nuts etc) Packing the orders per the day's invoices and then light cleanup/organizing at the end of the shift.
Shift runs from 4:30 pm until you are done. That can be 10:30 pm on a slow night, it can be after midnight when we're busy. Experience is not mandatory, you can be trained to this work. However, professional kitchen experience is helpful.
