job summary:
Randstad Technologies, a global and national leader in the IT Staffing and Services industry, has an immediate need for a REMOTE System Administrator, to join a highly talented and growing telecommunications organization.Preference is for this candidate to live on the West Coast, as some travel to Seattle and/or San Francisco will be required post-COVID.This is a long term contract role with potential for conversion. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. location: Annapolis, Marylandjob type: Contractsalary: $60 - 70 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Work with other Engineers to specify, plan, design, and support the implementation of highly available systems in a heterogeneous, distributed computing production environment.
- Create specification documents to meet customer/product requirements.
- Create traceability matrix to ensure all requirements have been met by the functional specification.
- Create Interface Control Documents and Statement of Compliance documents for product interfaces.
- As the product owner in a scrum team candidate will research and analyze customer requirements and document product specifications.Participate in scrum meetings and create and create stories with appropriate details for the development teams to implement.
- Meet with customers to present specification documents
- Attend 3GPP standards meetings periodically as required.Prepare and present contributions to the standards as needed.
- Stays abreast of technological trends in location technologies and the telecommunication industry and coordinate standardization efforts with other product owners.
