Location: Annapolis, MD Description: Our client is currently seeking an RF Design Engineer for a full time position near Annapolis, MD. Candidates must be and either hold or be eligible to hold a DoD TS/SCI Clearance. Work site options near Annapolis, MD or Dayton, OH.
Qualifications:- Strong background in microwave RF concepts and applications.
- Test and measurement experience utilizing standard RF measurement equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting of RF circuits or systems.
- Knowledge of passive and active circuit design, simulation, and fabrication.
- Previous usage of microwave simulators utilizing 3D or 2.5D solvers such as Momentum and CST.
- Circuit design utilizing industry standard RF software (Genesys, MWO, or ADS).
- Ability to bring new ideas & concepts to senior leadership for review.
- U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED
- Design experience with systems ranging from HF to Ku Band.
- Experience with Altium schematic capture and layout.
- Experience in working with Microwave Receiver/Exciter chains.
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of RF/Microwave design.
