Experience:
General knowledge of bidding related to new construction and remodeling/ renovations.
Perform site visits and document existing conditions
Establish preliminary construction schedule and duration
Coordinate bid process and attend pre-bid meetings
Analyze proposals/bids for scope of work and secure pricing
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.
Skills
Must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to establish priorities
Must be able to work calmly within deadlines and under pressure
Must be a self-starter who can perform independently and as a team member
Strong customer service skills
Must possess strong analytical skills, as attention to detail is critical
Analyze problems; make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risk implications & costs
