We are Opinions, Ltd.a dynamic, growing, market research firmseeking a proactive, goal driven supervisor for our location at the Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, MD. This is a high paced, demanding, time sensitive position that requires you to be effective at communicating day to day operations to your staff, clients, our other locations, and the main office. Nights and weekends are required.
Confidentiality and honesty are an integral part of our company, as we are an essential step in new product development and advancement.
Responsibilities include:
Training, and motivating staff to recruit and conduct surveys with mall shoppers
Maintaining client satisfaction and communications
Editing and shipping field work
Recruiting respondents from mall, as necessary.
You and your staff must be able to handle the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
Microsoft Office Experience a plus!
