Our Southern Maine office has a great position for a central intake
coordinator wanting to make a positive difference in someone's life! Do
you have experience working in a call center and with data entry?
Although not required, these two attributes would be helpful in your
responsibility for coordination of referral information that will meet
client's home care needs. You would collaborate with the Business
Development department to ease the referral process for hospitals and
facilities, ensuring all appropriate information is transferred and
communicated within the Agency's electronic medical record. You would
also provide non-clinical administrative support to the Central Intake
department. Utilizing the latest information technologies and
telecommunication systems, VNA provides you with a variety of
experiences. In addition you would play an integral role in
collaborating with other members of the business development and
operations teams.A High School graduate or GED equivalency
Two years administrative or related experience in a health care
environment with familiarity of medical terminology
Demonstrated effectiveness in customer service, marketing or public
relations
Proficient in MS Office, particularly database software
Evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written, and
