We are looking for a detailed orientated and experienced parts manager. Experience in Honda, Yamaha and Mercury outboard parts is essential in your leadership role.
This full-time staff position reports directly to the Dealer/General Manager. Responsibilities include all activities associated with the day-to-day management of the Parts Department including staffing, training, inventory control, retail and internal sales, merchandising, expense control, etc. Candidates must have a "hands on" management style, have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and energetic, and have a sincere desire to take the department to the next level of excellence. There is career growth for ambitious, productive team players.
We require a minimum of 2 years experience in a large marine dealership parts department, a high school education, a productive work history and strong business references. We also require a verifiable track record and business references.

-Mail Order and Phone Order input
-Working with a busy Service and Sales Department
