Searching for a Sous Chef to aide the Executive Chef at a Coastal Mediterranean inspired restaurant nestled in the valley. They love to utilize fresh, local ingredients whenever possible to make delicious, high-quality plates to warm up guests after a long day of skiing on the nearby mountains.
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in coming up with creative menu items, making sure to consider the cost of each dish. They will also assist in ordering and inventory, management of staff and ensuring that the kitchen and all of its parts are running smoothly while keeping open communication between the Back and Front of House staff members.
