Sous Chef: 65k+ package
You must:
-Be sous chef ready, with five years chef or sous chef experience in casual fine dining restaurants.
-Take direction but also be a leader.
-Be an extremely talented line cook.
-Maturity imperative. Please be steady, positive, and calm under pressure.
-Able to butcher and cook both fish and meat, on both sauté and grill.
-Be good at batch prep.
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
-Have Serve safe certification
In return, you will work dinner only, have convenient parking, 2 months paid vacation in winter, Health and Dental insurance, And a corporate credit card after 30 days.
Line Cook: Please have 2+ years on a busy hotline, ability to lift 50 lbs, capable in sauté and grill and have a calm, professional demeanor. We pay $20/hour, with 50% participation in health and dental benefits.
