-Birchwoods at Canco, Portland's premier assisted living facility, is seeking a PM Cook to prepare Supper for our wonderful residents.
-Starting wage of 15.00 an hour. Thursday through Monday, 11:00-7:30. A guaranteed forty hour work week.
-Duties include preparing salads, slaws, plated desserts, soups, casseroles and sandwiches. Our PM Cook assists with the Dinner meal each noon and has only one meal to prepare each evening for between 70 and 80 residents.
An ideal landing spot for someone who is tired of working in crazy or hectic kitchens.
-We are a small crew looking for the right person to come in and make the lives of our residents better just in time for the holidays which we celebrate with gusto.
-If you are not ServSafe certified then we will pay for your certification.
-Benefits include: Paid Time Off, paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, 401K and supplemental life insurance.
-Some overtime will be included and there is no cutting of hours in the winter months.
