We are a family owned and operated catering company that has been in the business for almost 20 years. We are looking for a Year Round - Part Time Line Cook/Cafe Worker. We have a small café as well as offsite events and private jet catering. Must have reliable transportation and flexible schedule. Duties include but NOT limited to:
Prepping Cafe' Menu Items
Working Cafe' Line - taking & making order / working register
Prepping Catered Functions
Working Catered Functions
Loading & Unloading with team for functions
Baking Desserts
At Least One Weekend Day Every Week
Work Directly with Chef to Create Cafe' & Catering Menu Options
Possibility of Running the Kitchen at On Site Events
Restaurant Experience Required
Culinary Degree Preferred but Not Required

- We are located at 500 Southborough Drive in South Portland
- Cafe Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm
- Allowed to create and run daily specials
- BBQ & Grill outside on nice summer days
- Work amazing functions all over this beautiful state & meet great people
