Position: Lead Line Cook, overseeing the kitchen.

Overtime: Yes, especially in peak season.

Parking Provided: Yes, a parking spot will be allocated to you for the season for travel to the island.

About the job:
This is a BRAND NEW restaurant and kitchen. You will be the first to lead the new kitchen team! Must be a positive person willing to work hard and be a team player. Experience with fryer, grill top, convection steamers is a must. If you have experience with catering events, that's hugely beneficial. This will be a busy spot in the summer, so being able to handle volume while maintaining standards is extremely important.
