Responsibilities include: helping maintain and establish quality standards of current menu, assist in development of future menus and daily specials , ordering and maintaining inventory. Working close with a small team.
The successful candidate will have kitchen experience (ideally with at least 1 year in leadership roles, though not required), be a thoughtful and positive presence in a kitchen, be driven and independent, and looking to grow professionally and take on a new challenge.
We are a small, but established Auburn restaurant and food truck. We strive to be relevant and always getting better. This role provides the successful candidate with a strong opportunity for growth, training and professional development.
This is a full time position with the best hours in the restaurant business.
