The Westin Portland Harborview, a New Castle Hotels & Resorts' managed property, is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our Front Office team. The Westin Portland Harborview, which re-opened in December of 2013, is the premier hotel and event location in downtown Portland's Arts District, featuring over 15,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, 289 guest rooms, a fine dining restaurant and the Top of The East Lounge.
Open Positions Include:
Overnight Service Express Agent - Part Time ($200 Sign-On Bonus)
Service Express Agent - Full Time
Position Summary: The Service Express Agent must operate PBX and other telephone equipment to ensure efficient communication within, to, and from the hotel while executing guest request items.
Accountabilities: The main responsibilities of the Service Express Agent are to answer the switchboard within three rings, direct all incoming calls and assist with guest requests while providing excellent customer service. Must process room service orders, fulfill guest requests, make reservations, post charges, act as a concierge and inform guests of hotel and local facilities and services.
