Portland casual restaurant and bar is seeking an experienced general manager for front and back of house operations. Applicant should have broad experience in food service, beverage programs and staff management.
Job applicant should be prepared to work full time in the "season", have problem solving abilities, identify and hire staff as needed, generate timely and appropriate reports, understand costing, margin contributions, inventory management as well as a focus on quality and service.
