New Portland Restaurant Seeks Talented Bar and Beverage Professional
Flood's is a new restaurant in Portland, ME from the owner of Biddeford Maine's Palace Diner.
The bar manager position will work closely with the owner to conceive and execute a drinks menu and beer and wine list that is simple, fun, classic and delicious. The right person is super organized and has a great attitude, terrific communication skills, a strong work ethic, bar menu creation experience, management experience, and a desire to do great things!
Experience should include:
- Several years in reputable bars or restaurants w/ references
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Communicating with vendors
- Controlling purchasing and food cost
- Managing people
- Communication with FOH team
- Creation of drinks and beverage menus
