Gritty McDuff’s Portland location is currently hiring experienced line cooks. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Experience in a high volume/fast paced kitchen
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Maintain a clean working environment
Arrive to work on time and maintain great attendance
Follow instruction and recipes
Avoid cell phone use during shift
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing menu items to the specifications of the kitchen manager
Keeping your station clean and always stocked
Completing prep or cleaning projects when volume is low
Being able to work well within a team atmosphere
Being on line and ready to work at scheduled time
