Hello Chefs!
We're currently recruiting top talent join our fast growing 86'Relief Team.
Our 86'Team consists of pro chefs, that step in and cover whenever a restaurant is short-staffed, requires temp coverage or needs help with catering gigs. We cater to all different needs, from covering as a Line Cook up to covering as the Exec Chef. You get to bounce around from restaurant to restaurant networking with tons of chefs and restauranteurs along the way. Most of our assignments last 2-6 weeks, and once its over, you get to choose your next assignment and off you go!
We offer full-time, year-round gigs with us (youre always guaranteed 40 hours every week), or you can work with us on a part-time/flex basis. Our pay will range from $20-$30/hour, and you get overtime for all hours over 40, plus 1.5x holiday pay. Youre also paid weekly (every Friday) via Direct-Deposit.
You can take time off whenever you feel like it because we believe in a work/life balance.
We try to keep assignments as close to your hometown as possible, and the longest you would ever have to drive would be 30-40 minutes, but ideally, we keep you within 10-15 minutes (or less) from your home. We have a total of 43 full-time and 22 part-time/flex chefs on our team now, and all of them are kept wicked busy, even in the winter!
