A popular Kennebunkport restaurant is looking for an individual who would like to enter into a Supervisory role. The supervisor will assist in running the day to day tasks of a high volume, 125 seat contemporary restaurant. Ideal candidates will be energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated. They should have a keen interest in the hospitality industry, and a love of quality service and passion for food&beverage. Some supervisory experiences beneficial but they are willing to train the right person.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for greeting guests with a welcoming smile and assisting guests with any needs they may have. They will follow the direction of the management team and supervise the FOH staff, ensuring that there is good communication between Front and Back of House staff. The Asst. Restaurant Manager will also be a person who is confident and put-together who can manage stressful situations and any issues in the dining room.
