We are currently seeking a full time Assistant to our Client Care Representative/Scheduler team in our Scarborough Office
This position requires exceptional office and customer service skills with both our clients and caregivers. A strong ability to problem solve, strategic planning and plan care based on your individuals needs. Telephone and strong computer experience (Microsoft Office) required.
The Client Care Representative serves as the main contact in assisting and supporting clients and their caregivers. This position will work closely with the Quality Assurance professionals in the care and support of clients and caregivers.
Main responsibilities include the matching of caregivers to clients, setting up schedules and handling inquiries and scheduling changes for both client and caregiver. This position acts as the point of contact for the client. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills and telephone experience required to be successful.
Must be able to work independently, build positive relationships with the caregiving staff, work with immediacy if needed and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
