Consumer Support Agent

This role will start as a work from home position and will switch to being in office after life has settled down from Covid-19. The start date for this role is June 1st, but due to the time required to get equipment ready and shipped to new hires we will have until May 13th to interview for this role. We are looking for 12 total hires!
The scheduled hours will be (Monday – Friday 9 AM – 8 PM EST, Weekends 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST).
Training will be Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST and will last for 3 weeks. The job will start as work from home and equipment will be shipped to new hires to facilitate this, but will shift to requiring to working from within the office once the risk of COVID-19 has fully passed.
Preferred qualities include:
A PASSION for computers and understanding/ figuring out how things work.Troubleshooting.
Previous PHONE BASED Customer Service experience.
