here: Diploma or Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing

Certification as CHPN by the National Board for Certification of Hospice

and Palliative Nurses or willing to obtain within one year

Four years nursing experience, one of which is in Hospice

Current ME license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the

state of ME

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers

Computer competency and evidence of effective communication skills,

using verbal, written and telephonic means; ability to make decisions

regarding priority of work, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to

understand specific instructions

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required

auto liability insurance.
